Warranty non existent in State of Maine

What can I say..... It is a very cool idea . I bought it and got rid of my old washer and dryer. 6 days aftee using it kept giving me an error for drying. Look up error code. Call for service .... Um well that sucks it is very expensive and brand new. Good thing I paid for 3 year warranty. Called The Warranty company. They said it is less than a year call LG. Called LG they said we will find someone to come look at it you have a drying error it will be about a week. Well that stinks since this is how I am doing my laundry. Week later ..... LG calls and tells me they do not have anyone to service in the state of Maine. Ummmmm ok so I am left with what...... We will call you and you can follow directions and fix yourself........ That is crazy. I dont live in Haiti or Antartica. I live in Maine yes LG that is in USA. It is one of the states with the most rich people living and or vacationing here. You may want to figure out your warranty crew.

If you have multiple animals this machine is not a good choice. The hair has no place to go. It stays in the washer and on your clothes so you constantly have to shake them out. Also you have to vacuum the washer to get all the hair out. Disappointed on drying options shrinking clothes.

This machine has 3 drying options. Turbo normal and timed. On all settings the clothes are so hot during the drying process. I have found it is shrinking my cloths. I literally have to hang dry our jeans Is there a combo machine that has a low setting for drying as not to shrink them?

You will have to replace the drain pump

This does work well when it is working. I have only had mine two years and Ive already had to replace the drain pump. Theyve made this newer model more difficult to disassemble and replace it yourself than the old one. Works for a short time but overall lousy product that is built to fail and designed for you to fail repairing it yourself.

Great unit for a washer dryer combo Awesome

Very impressed One unit for both functions and the system is perfect and the results are a lot better than the reviews I have been reading. The programming of the WiFi is difficult but for the issues with that the results and functions and washing to drying and the quickness of the drying far exceeds that I had ready about of the reviews. A normal load wash to dry time is about 3 to 4 hours and the clothes are dry not damp I am very satisfied with my unit and will definitely promote this LG product to all.

We bought this appliance about 6 months ago and already the dryer portion has gone out. After several weeks now a second visit from a service repairman has identified the mother board has failed. Now we wait for a 3rd visit for service and repair hopefully. Very disappointed so far with the quality of this product.

I bought this machine in my home as I needed a washer and a dryer. Since the current home that we recently bought didnt have a ventilation tube opening we ended up buying his machine as it said it can dry clothes without needed a ventilation opening which worked great for us. Great advertising thats for a full fact however this machine takes forever to dry long process to get dry clothes. To put it simply if youre looking to dry clothes youre looking to wait lets say an 8 hour long process im not sure if thats very sustainable like LG says since there is a lot of electrical energy usage needed. Its convenient that it is 2 in one but its not great since it takes to long to dry.

My LG all in one was delivered one month ago. My son hooked it up and I ran the initial cycle. After that I washed 4 loads of laundry and then started a 5th at bedtime. It works great and cleans even better. The load I started at bedtime was clean and dry the next morningwonderful I bought the LG because a friend had bought a washer about 8 years ago and she loves it. The only problem I am having with it is connecting to wifi. I will figure it out eventually or request help. Thank you LG for a great machine.

This product is so not worth it Please do not waste your money The drying function takes 7+ hrs and at the end the cloth still comes out damp fire smoke smell and its even ruining some cloth cause of the very long drying period and very hot air.

I purchased this item and from day one was very dissatisfied. Its controls are useless and not at all intuitive. Small load of laundry took over 8 hours and required multiple times to restart the drying cycle. Great concept. Not ready for release. Multiple calls found that it could not be returned to Home Depot. Very unhappy. LG customer service was the worst and offered nothing. Stuck with an item that shouldnt have been sold

This is a God awful unit. Weve had warranty work to replace the motherboard panel TWICE in under a year. Outside of that I wished we spent the money to have the closet it sits in built out to hold a stackable unit. Even if you are pressed for space I would never recommend this washer dryer unit ever. The learning curve isnt too steep but washing/drying dry-fit clothing is a wrinkly nightmare no matter what you do. Its not great being without a working unit due to the time it takes for LG to acknowledge the issue ship out the replacement parts and schedule a technician. Its all completely unreasonable especially for the cost of this unit.

No more moldy forgotten clothes

Ok in my past I have had to wash clothes over and over because I forgot to move them into the drier. Not any more With the drier setting it just does it on its own. Technically it takes longer to go from putting it into the machine to having it come out dry- the cycle can take about 6 hours on average but on the other hand I am not re washing which takes me more time. Its perfect for putting in a load before bed or before going out for the day.

I purchased the unit and had to wait 2 weeks for it to be delivered. I did not realize how long the dry cycles were going to take. The videos that I watched talked about 2.5 - 3-hour cycles. I am adjusting my at home schedule to do small and more frequent clothes washing. I was concerned because the units in the videos had a wash/dry setting. It took me several tries to find a video that showed how to do the wash/dry without having to manually reset. I think this will work for me after my retraining I dont know if I would recommend this for a family. I am single so my laundry doesnt accumulate as quickly as a home that has children.

Bought this july 15 2023 and it finally installed July 31 2023. Its a great concept but a normal wash and a normal dry for a small load is estimated for o take 8 hours. I tried to dry a small load of microfiber cloths and after 2.5 hours I took it out and let it air dry. It leaves a burning smell after its been drying for 3 plus hours as well. Called customer support and they tried to trouble shoot settings and suggested no spin to dry and it set an estimated time of 9 HOURS. Then suggested to do a timed fry and would call us back after to see if it dried. They didnt call back and it wasnt dry. Just hot and wet. I want a refund or an exchange for something that will work efficiently

As long-time users of an LG all-in-one LG was our first choice for replacing our 15-year-old unit. We are deeply disappointed. Our clothes consist of many delicate fabrics. While there is a delicate wash feature there is no delicate dry capability on this machine. We are looking at alternatives as LG would not do anything for us and has pushed this off on Home Depot.

I had to return this unit due to the fact that the unit does not dry. I am very disappointed with the marketing of this unit as well. When it was delivered it read washer on the side. Many of the loads take over 7 hours and the clothes are still wet. This unit is a huge disappointment.

I find the machine a great concept. DO NOT like the drying capabilities on certain cycles such as PERM PRESS and sheets AT ALL VERY FRUSTRATING that if I want to take an item out and continue with the drying of other clothes in machine that it is NOT POSSIBLE And you cannot get a representative on the phone who has an answer.

Best Apartment Washer / Dryer

Works perfectly for an all in one and is very spacious can fit comforters. Perfect for 1-2 people living in a smaller apartment. I dont have to take my clothes out between the wash and dry cycle so it saves effort. The drying time also isnt too bad as long as the load isnt huge. Its nearly silent as well so doesnt disturb you if you work from home or run it at night.

I love mine It uses condensation to dry instead of being vented so it does take a little longer to dry. A full cycle of wash and dry takes about 6 hours. I wouldnt recommend it for a large family but for a single person its perfect. I like that its only 1 machine because I live in a condo with limited space.

Bought this after working with my home energy adviser from P G E. It took a little getting used to how it works but I love it. Most of my laundry gets hung outside. My son loves that he can stuff dirty laundry in and not have to change it. He comes home and its washed and dried. Remember to drain it every two weeks or so depending on use. Also some of the lights went out in the panel and it was SO easy to call LG. Repair person came out within 5 days. I will definitely buy another if I move. Also doesnt need 220 outlet.

Honestly this model was a Christmas gift and meant to help save space in my tiny apartment. As it has helped save space but not the headache I am writing this. This machine has a constant issue with draining no matter how often you clean its lint catcher. This machine will constantly get clogged to the point where I call lg and ask someone to just come dismantle it to get the clump of lint out so it can function. The front panel buttons literally go out to the point you have to press both in tandem a few times to get it to start up almost like a hard reset. The knob wont recognize when I turn it either which is always a pleasure. This is one of the worst machines I have and ever will own. If I could give it no stars I would. Stay away unless you want to keep paying for maintenance to come out and tear your machine apart.

I had the previous version of this machine and loved it. This machine took away the functions that I loved most on the older model. This has fewer drying options and they got rid of the program function. Previously I could set a program which included the drying function so I could do my washing and drying with the touch of one button. This made it super easy for my kids to do their own laundry. Now that they no longer have the program function I have to leave a chart out for my kids to remind them of all the buttons they have to push to do their laundry. I hate the lack of dryer options. Ive accidentally shrunk so many clothes because all they offer is super hot drying. They didnt need to make the changes they did and Im so disappointed.
