I am so happy with this purchase. I was debating on the HE dryer because I hate change and thought that it would be difficult to use. To my surprise I just love it. It drys my clothes quickly and the different cycles are amazing. I also bought the matching washer and cant believe how beautiful and modern that they look together.

Heating issues

Ive had the dryer for several months and have to keep checking to make sure it is using hot air. It will run but sometimes I dont know until I got to check on them. It will just keep running because the clothes are getting dry on the sensor side. After changing the cycle a couple of times it seems to work itself out or for whatever reason will start using the heating element.

Bought this dryer in June 2023 started using it July 2023 I like that it is quiet when running Just dont care for the filter fuzz get stuck on a part of the screen and is hard to get off.

After 20 years my old dryer was falling apart and washer died so bought a new set. Dryer works best for me if I set it on number of minutes to dry. Like the dryer but it seems to have a very deep drum to reach into for the fry clothes.

Well actually I dont know how well it works since it has not worked since the day it was delivered. I bought it from Home Depot and did not get a chance to set it up within the 48 hour period. Once I did get it installed it would not turn on. After numerous calls with Home Depot and LG they still have not sent a repairman out to fix the unit. The delivery guys said they have a lot of problems with this model. Buyer Beware

I was a little nervous about this purchase because there were mixed reviews. However I have been pleasantly surprised The dryer works great- I have had no problems with it. I love that I can choose it I want to use the auto dry or I can set my own timer if I prefer. Additionally it makes the cutest little chiming song when the load is done. My clothes have come out less wrinkled and very dry every time. Very happy I decided to take a chance on this one. . . .

I bought this to replace an older dryer. It gets the job done however the sensor dry setting leaves the clothes slightly wet Im guessing that this is part of the energy saving. Once you get to know the settings you can play around and dry the clothes to your liking.

I bought this about a month ago snd Im use to the old time dryers. It took me a bit to get to understand and use the dryer nut I did it. Instructions were easy to follow. We bought it and rushed it out the door to get it home and use my new choir toy. Has made energy saving a thing for me. Love that it turns itself off when it knows my clothes are dry. No unnecessary time finishing instead finishing when they are dry no matter what I set it for. Thanks and the buzzer is a melody not a buzzer.

Disappointed in product

The dryer was delivered and it never worked. PC Richard took several days to come and see it. Part for the door ordered and I now have to wait over a week for them to come and replace it. A new machine should have worked when it was delivered. Im not happy. Im willing to re post another review when it works.

Not real happy....

Bought a LG dryer a month ago 2 days later it overloaded the circuit half the house went dark.... NEVER happened before.... They dented our laundry room door put TWO gouges it the doorway... ALSO didnt bother to attach the power cord... We had to call an electrician to finish THEIR JOB so we could use the dryer.... All in all were not real pleased with the appliance OR the delivery.. Id be hard pressed to recommend LG Home Depot to anybody.... If you would like we can send the photos later as theyre on my wifes phone...

Purchased about 6 weeks ago. I have tried every cycle available and been very pleased with the results Each cycle dried as needed and the machine is very quiet. I would have given it 5 stars IF it had a light inside and the drier cycle complete alarm was louder. If you can live without an interior light and/or you dont worry about an end of cycle alert you most likely will love this dryer

useless dryer

we purchased this dryer about a month ago and have had nothing but problems due to the flow sense function. our vent is not blocked but when the store installers delivered the dryer they used the flexible vent hose that we already had. i was unaware that this dryer needs a rigid vent so now the dryer goes through only a partial cycle and shuts off.you have to turn it on and off multiple times to dry clothes. the store or lg will do nothing about this. the store referred me back to a 3rd party delivery service who do not respond. lg simply told mw what i already knew that the dryer was sensing am improper vent. it is beginning to look like we are going to have to eat the cost of this and buy another new dryer. very unhappy. we will not buy any more lg products.

I had to replace my old dryer didnt want to spend money that we didnt have but Im actually glad I got it the clothes dry quicker in this dryer and oddly enough Im most impressed with the lint trap I didnt realize my clothes had so much lint. The only complain I can come up with is that it sets to low to the floor.
